  My name is Charlotte Pace and I want to welcome you to join the “HOTS” community.  This is a female, African American owned transportation company  located in Forest, MS.  I have 20+ years of customer service experience. On a daily basis our customers are dealing with providing for their families and running errands after a long day at work. Let HOTS ease that burden for you. We provide errand delivery services and NEMT transportation services to and from your appointments. We believe in giving our community nothing but the best.
